RTM is estimated for July 2012 , RTM is a finished product with the design phase is complete.Windows 8 can be used on a classical computer or a tablet although the interface is made for tablet.
Windows 8 will be available in 32-bit, 64 bits9 and mobile ARM architecture.

For used windows 8 you need a minimum a processor to 1ghz , 1 go of ram ,a graphics card with DirectX 9 and 16 GB of free hard disk .To use the metro interface must have a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or more.
